I. Introduction

This valve is suitable for breaking lines in ultra-high vacuum systems and is manually driven. It has the advantages of stable operation, reliable use, good sealing performance and long service life. It is one of the preferred valves for ultra-high vacuum equipment. The manual valve is powered by a manual turning handle. The valve plate is opened and closed by screwing. The opening and closing directions are based on the marking on the handle; the medium of the valve is air and a few corrosive gases.
