I. Introduction

The valve is manually driven, has reasonable structural design, beautiful appearance, and has the advantages of stable action, small volume, reliable use, good sealing performance and long service life, and can be widely used in ultra-high vacuum equipment. The valve is powered by the hand turning handle, and the moving rod mechanism is pushed (pulled) by the transmission rod, and the driving body is moved in the axial direction, and the driving body is connected with the valve plate through the swing rod to complete the opening and closing action of the valve board. The medium of the valve is air and non-corrosive gases.
