The valve is divided into pneumatic driving mode, reasonable in structure design, beautiful in appearance, and has the advantages of stable action, small volume, reliable use, good sealing performance and long service life, and can be widely used in high vacuum equipment. The valve pushes the cylinder with compressed air as power, pushes (pulls) the moving link mechanism through the transmission rod, and drives the driving body to move in the axial direction, and the driving body is connected with the valve plate through the swing rod or the steel ball to complete the opening and closing action of the valve plate. The medium of the valve is air and non-corrosive gases.
The shaft seal has two options: bellows seal and fluoro rubber seal. The other seals are fluororubber and have no lubricant design.
